Spain Private Trip Description: Some things we’d like to do: The Alhambra, flamenco show, local cultural shows and demonstrations, tours of scenic cities/towns, live music, cooking class, local markets, football game, eating tapas and paella and delicious local foods every meal, costa del sol, and possibly horse riding. We do not care too highly about art or fine dining (we care more about a local experience), but we admire architecture. We imagine we can experience these things by going to Seville, Granada, Toledo, Cordoba, Malaga, Ronda, and Madrid (where our flight arrives/departs).

We will be in andulusia from March 21-25

I am looking for car/guide trip to the olive farms in spain, near Madrid.  We are setting up a farm and would like to get a flavor of some of the existent farms.  Optimally the guide would be someone who has connections with farmers.  We don’t want to see just the tasting rooms set up for tourist but the actual farms themselves so we can understand what their process is.  The group would be my adult son Travis, and
