- Don’t forget to pack your passport and any important meds or vitamins.
- Check in 24 hours prior to your flight. Check your flight times to make sure they have not changed.
- Arrange your transportation from your home to your airport (or make sure you gas tank is full!).
- Sign up for text messages to your phone for any changes to flights.
- Some luxury hotels will hold a certain amount on your credit card when you check in. Any charges to your room will be taken from this amount, anything remaining will be refunded back to your account.
- Check the updated information on the hotel website (linked in our itinerary).
- Check in with your bank and phone service. Let the bank know you will be traveling, and ask the phone service if you need to purchase additional travel data plans. (Ours is $10/day when we use it in Mexico.)
- You may wish you put your mail services on hold while you are away. You can do this online here: https://www.usps.com/manage/hold-mail.htm
