As a kid in the USA, olives were lame, meh, & insipid… or at worst like eating old shoelaces with salt.
BUT then in Spain, I soon fell in love after discovering a new, diverse world, of passion for world-class Mediterranean olives & tapas.
You see as a kid in USA there was a simple explanation…. I had simple never met nor tasted the beautiful, sensual, firm but soft Spanish olives with all the right curves and flavors.
