Day One

Seville's Private Palaces: Dueñas, Lebrija & El Rinconcillo

Not everything worth seeing in Seville is on the main route. Your private guide begins at the Palacio de la Condesa de Lebrija — 580 square meters of Roman mosaics rescued from Italica by a Countess who was also one of Spain's first female archaeologists. Most visitors never find it. From there, past Las Setas, to the Palacio de Dueñas — home of the House of Alba since 1612 and birthplace of Antonio Machado. The courtyards, lemon trees, and Mudéjar tilework feel less like a monument than a house with five centuries inside it. The day ends at El Rinconcillo, open since 1670. Cruzcampo on tap, tapas chalked on the wall, the oldest bar in the city.

Day Two

Aracena & Linares de la Sierra: Private Day Trip from Seville

An hour north of Seville, the landscape changes completely. Cork oaks, chestnut trees, whitewashed villages, and none of the crowds. Your private driver and guide take you to Aracena, in the heart of Jabugo ibérico ham country. A Moorish castle rises above the town on a hill that turns out to be hollow. An optional visit to the Gruta de las Maravillas, a cave of underground lakes and limestone formations, lies directly beneath it. From Aracena, the trail drops through holm oak and chestnut woodland into Linares de la Sierra. Four and a half kilometers of sierra underfoot. Lunch follows at our favourite traditional restaurant in the area. Afterwards, your driver takes you back to Seville.

Day Three

Seville Private Cooking Demonstration

Seville Private Cooking: Paella, Tapas, + Local Wine, Cruz Campo cerveza or Sangría & Savory Meal - Paella has a history that most restaurants don't bother to explain. Sangría has one too. In a private venue near the medieval Cathedral or the Torre del Oro, your chef walks you through both, the ingredients, the techniques, and the decisions that separate a good version from a forgettable one. You watch, ask questions, and drink local wines with tapas while the chef works. Then dine on the terrace, with views

Day Four

Córdoba Private Tour: Mezquita, Jewish Quarter & Cathedral

Your private driver takes you from Seville to Córdoba, one of the great cities of medieval Europe. The Mezquita, begun as a mosque in the 8th century and converted to a cathedral in 1236, is why most people come. With your private guide, you'll see why it took centuries to build and why nothing else looks quite like it. From there, you continue into the Jewish quarter, where whitewashed streets lead to a 14th-century synagogue, the Casa de Sefarad, and a statue of Maimonides.

Day Five

Granada: The Alhambra & Tapas

Your private driver takes you from Córdoba to Granada. No private tour of Andalusia is complete without it. Your private guide takes you through the Nasrid Palaces, the Generalife gardens, and the Alcazaba, the three sections that together make the Alhambra the most visited monument in Spain. The Alhambra first. The afternoon, optionally, among Granada's tapas bars, a tradition no other Andalusian city has kept quite the same way.

Day Six

The Alpujarras from Granada Today

Today, your private driver and guide take you south of Granada into the Alpujarras. The route takes in Pampaneira, Bubión, and Capileira, in the Poqueira Gorge, where flat-roofed houses, tinaos, and the Alpujarra’s distinctive chimneys remain part of the villages. The region is also known for its jarapas, still seen in local workshops. With time to explore at your own pace and stop for lunch, you return to Granada in the afternoon.

Day Seven

Departure Day

After check-out, a deluxe private transfer takes you from the hotel to the airport or train station. However, if you have more time, we can certainly extend your private journey to include Madrid or northern Spain, or hop over to lovely Portugal or memorable Morocco.
