Yes. Lisbon’s Humberto Delgado Airport offers meet and assist service for arriving and departing travelers. A personal agent meets you as you leave the aircraft or in the terminal, walks you through the fast-track lanes at passport control, helps with your bags and hands you to your driver at the curb. Porto and Faro airports offer fast-track lanes as well.

Why does airport assistance matter more now?
Since April 10, 2026, Europe’s Entry/Exit System has been fully in force. On your first entry under the new system, border officers record your fingerprints and a facial photo, and at busy hours that has made arrival lines longer at many European airports. Overnight flights from the United States land in Lisbon in the morning, alongside many others. An agent who knows the airport keeps you moving through the fastest lanes, with your bags taken care of.
What happens step by step on arrival?
