All payments are securely processed via our USA-based merchant account with military grade encryption. So we never ask for your payment info. All bookings are based on availability at the time of a client’s confirmation. Secure payments are split into two parts for your convenience: Down payment to confirm and final bill 30 days out.
Pre-Trip Logistics Double Check
“Behind the scenes” there are 12 to 20+ professionals with roles in your per trip (planners, licensed guides, licensed drivers, chefs, hotelier and bilingual support team). Your final logistics, schedule & documents are double-checked and sent 2 weeks before arrival. Our English-speaking team is with you from arrival until departure, just a call, WhatsApp or email away.

Late Travel Bookings?
For best results in high season, we suggest not planning inside of 30 days for travel between April to October or end of year holidays. This is because availability is much more limited. Often top guides are booked and prices can be sky high due to high demand and suppliers algorithmic price spikes.
