Unlike most agencies that sell as many tours as possible — we prefer quality to quantity. Custom luxury trip planning takes many hours, with many moving parts and many decisions for each day. We’ll refine it until you are happy and it fits like a glove. That’s why our limit is 5 trips per week per country as we work with only with best guides and providers. Highly Secure Payments
Your data security is vital to us. All payments are securely processed via our USA payment solutions provider with Wall Street level encryption. All bookings are based on availability at the time of a client’s confirmation. This is due to the high popularity of Spain, Portugal & Morocco for luxury travel. Bookings requires deposit payments to providers. Please note, due to supplier confidentiality agreements, there is no price breakdown. Payments are split into two parts for your convenience. A down payment confirms your trip. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Pre-Trip Logistics Double Check
The final daily logistics & schedule documents are double-checked and sent to you about 10 days before arrival. Between all the details, there are often 20+ busy professionals taking part in your per trip ( planners, local officially licensed guides, licensed drivers, chefs, hotelier and more). From your arrival in Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon, or Morocco, our multi-lingual team is just a phone call , WhatsApp or an email away.

Late Travel Bookings
Planning last minute?… For best results, we suggest not planning last minute. This is because availability is much more limited. Often top guides are booked and prices can be sky high due to high demand. And since we only offer five trips per week per country, we are often sold out and unable to take late travel bookings.Luxury trip planning for late-booking travel is much harder to do well due to limited availability. This makes late bookings more frustrating for travelers + time-consuming to plan. If we have availability, there may be a professional retainer for late booking trips starts from € 300.
