Our rates are better than a leading American luxury private travel agencies This is why for 2019 we will increase our prices and hire more staff as needed to keep our trip support very high.
We understood from your email that you wanted to think about it and wait until December to make the confirmation payment.
That is why we did not yet send you the invoice with secure payment link. Should we send this now? We also do not like to appear to pressure anyone for payment.
2) Trip support & quality control: Jim let me assure you that dedicated oversight with our customers trip details and daily concierge service + 24/7 emergency contact is a standard part of our work. This is handled by our very able bilingual Spain travel agency planning team not by Dan and I. Would you like to speak to more past customers?
3) Priority Service: Please note we must give priority service to paying customers not new prospects who may or may not book a trip. We do feel like you are serious but many people just want to milk us for ideas and then disappear. I’m sure this happens in other fields of business.
4) Curated, well located accomodation in 5 * or 4* hotels, with boutique, luxury and ultra-luxury options.

For example, in the spectacular ancient tiny clifftop town of Ronda: At present there are no 5 star hotels and no ideal land available to build. So the best option in this charming town is the stately ideally-located clifftop Parador de Turismo. We reserve the best rooms and our customers have been happy with it although it wont likely be ones fav hotel. Alternatively, we could program a half day there and then transfer you on to the next stop with a 5 star hotel.
In Seville our customers have loved our fav choice, the boutique luxury property ________. This is the highest rated luxury hotel in town according to TripAdvisor compared to the 5 stars. The only thing that is not 5 star is the number of rooms and even our most affluent customers have loved it. In Seville, we can also offer standard 5 stars or charming historic luxury boutique hotels. Or the famous and expensive Alfonso XIII which is known for amazing Moorish classical public areas designed in the 1920s.
