We are still looking at a 12-14 day trip and would this be to much to keep the group excited with the variety of foods?
No worries while Spain’s most famous foods internationally or perhaps paella and tapas, there is a whole lot more including regional variations that are quite different.
And it’s core, though Spanish cuisine is heavily influenced by it’s healthy and delicious Mediterranean heritage so think olive oil, seafood, beef, pork, cheeses, vegetables, fruits & wine.
Also what would be a “Ballpark” cost per person be?
This depends on how high end you would like your experience to be. For example if we contract, private jets and private yacht for use between Spain, Portugal and Morocco, this adds considerably to the cost. There’s also a huge difference between a suite at a leading ultra luxury five star hotel like The Four Seasons in Madrid or Lisbon or some of the amazing luxury hotels of Morocco compared to a standard five star hotel with a deluxe room or even a select four-star boutique hotel with a deluxe room, which is also possible.
